1. When using the tensioning machine daily, you need to perform the following checks:
1) Checking the oil levels and oil quality of its fuel oil, lubricating oil, and hydraulic oil.
2) It checks the operational performance and gear-shifting conditions of the internal combustion engine, transmission mechanism, and actuator, as well as the set position of the variable mechanism.
3) Check the reliability of the parking brake.
4) Check the instrument’s sensitivity and accuracy.
5) Check the engine oil, top up the oil, and verify the brake fluid pressure.
6) Check the anchoring condition of the fuselage and the grounding condition.
7) Regarding the pressure-holding condition of the tension control valve (relief valve) on the tensioner, the tension control valve on the tensioner should be regularly cleaned and inspected.
2. When using a short-distance transfer transporter to move the tensioning machine, towing is permitted, provided that the *** driving speed is observed. On flat roads, the speed must not exceed 30 km/h; on uneven roads, the speed must not exceed 15 km/h. In addition, prior to transportation, the roads and bridges should be inspected and, if necessary, repaired and reinforced. Furthermore, all movable components on the machine body must be temporarily secured. Therefore, the lifting of the machine body should be carried out using the lifting rings (holes) provided on the machine body.
